Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During peak seasons or product restocks, processing times may extend slightly—but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
   

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK, Europe, the USA, and Africa. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

• Your location
• Order weight and size
• Chosen delivery option
   

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days 
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by region)
   

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. 
• We are unable to deliver to countries currently under shipping sanctions or high-risk restrictions.
   

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number 
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
   

We’ll do our best to make it right. Lost packages? Reach out and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

If you’re ordering from outside [insert home country], your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
