Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
